Products
We supply battery manufacturing and testing equipment, spare parts, and related services. Product pages describe the machine. Confirm capacity, power, and site fit with the desk before you order.

Orders & pricing
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
- We may correct pricing or availability errors and notify you before fulfilling an affected order
- An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing / dispatch
- We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or undeliverable
Payment
Available payment methods may include online payment (for example via Razorpay) and Cash on Delivery where enabled for your order and location.
- Online payments must complete successfully before dispatch of prepaid orders
- Failed or abandoned payments may leave the order incomplete
- COD orders may require phone confirmation at delivery
Shipping
Delivery timelines depend on your address, product availability, and courier partner performance. Tracking details are shared when available. Risk of loss generally transfers on delivery to the address you provide.
Please ensure your phone number and shipping address are accurate. Incorrect details may delay delivery or cause failed attempts.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
- Provide true and complete information for checkout and account registration
- We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, chargebacks in bad faith, or policy violations
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EKAH Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from incorrect product selection, improper use, or failure to follow medical advice. Our responsibility for a product issue is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in the Return Policy, where applicable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
